Join the club!

We are open to all with self-motivation, creativity, responsibility, and integrity. Many of our works are multidisciplinary, interdependently harmonized by the fabulous five main tracks (like “The Fab Five”) as diagrammed below. Students with diverse backgrounds and expertise covering Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering as well as Materials and Computer Science are thus all welcomed to join us.

  • Buildup of machines & instruments
  • Sensing/actuating/measuring setup

Track 2

Mechatronics

  • System design & control (PID, etc.)
  • Sensing/actuating/measuring setup
  • LabView work

If you are interested in working with us, please email to Prof. Jong G. Ok including your CV (or resume) and a brief statement of your research interests and goals. If you are in a graduate level, please enclose 1 (master) or 2-3 (Ph.D. and post-doc) references. Please also specify your tracks of interest (up to 2-3) with relevant experience and/or achievement if any.

 

Prospective students from other domestic and international schools/institutions are encouraged to apply for our university’s graduate program to join us. Please feel free to indicate that you are interested in working with Prof. Ok during any stage of your admission procedure as necessary.
